If a person owned shares of stock in whole foods , He should analyse both the proposal and have to select or support the McRitchie's 3 and 3 proposal . The reason behind this is the policy of Ritchie's 3 and 3 proposal which is more of whole food share holders will be enable to have a right to make the decisions in the particular matters. In which the candidates whom which want to elected to the board.

This would allow more among them to have a say in what all things the company does instead of only having the shareholder who wins at least 5 percentage for 5 years.
