Second reason is the rural areas and other suburban areas presenting more attractive opportunities for the upcoming factories, setups and plants that need huge space. It has developed colonies and local economies also developed. It brought urban sprawl.

The third reason is the existing cities are already over populated and has a huge burden upon the existing infrastructure and amenities. It has made people to move to the rural areas and suburbs and keep commuting from these areas. It made urban sprawl to take place in the USA.
