There has been different challenges that affected differently to the successful implementation of these initiatives. The first such challenge is lack of willingness in government or management at organization that negatively affected the successful implementation of diversity programs in a way that these programs could not achieve the objectives and did not bring the change in the lives of black people what it could bring. The second challenge is the lack of communication and awareness to be spread to the black people, it made an impact that black people could not assert themselves as they were not knowing about their rights. The third challenge is the lack of a punitive action plan for a long time that made firms to resist the diversity drive and did not give the right opportunities to the black people. It negatively affected their lives.
