Tyranny of bureaucracy no longer exists at workplaces which was earlier an oppresive and cruel form of divisional hierarchy, this definitely is incorrect approach as it leaves little. Room for leadership and causes greater employees turnover and reduces satisfaction levels which in turn leads to decline in productivity and efficiency.
A revised approach pf governance would be flatter hierarchy with open door culture which fosters collaboration, two way communications, leadership, interpersonal relationships, employee cohesiveness, faster decision making, team spirit, care and support, empathy and emotional intelligence.
