I think that government impediments on employee dismissals is the right way to go as this helps in the elimination of unfair dismissals that are often undertaken by companies. This atleast gives employees who have been dismissed a voice. However, the level of impediments is also something which must kept under notice as this must not completely eliminate the powers of a private company in eliminating underperforming employees. This is a tight rope to walk but the employee must be given a voice to react to unfair decisions. This is the right way to go.
