>Discrimination- economically deals with the discrimiation in the labour market dealing exclusively with the demands of side market. Some other major factors are job avaliablity, wages,price avaliablity of goods & services.It has a history which prohibited common carrier from charging one person for more frieght then was charged to another customer for same work.There are various types of dicrimination, like direct, indirect,harrasment& victimisation.
>Statistical Discrimination-occurs when agents use an observable characteristic of an individual to make inferences about another attribute that is relevent to the transaction but more difficult to observe.The staistical average is certain to the things giving an effect or growth & development at a particular timing.
>Preference Based Discrimination- its an economic model of labour market discrimination which argues that employers prejudiceor dislike in an organisational culture rooted in prohibited ground can have negative results in hiring minority workers meaning they can be said to have preference for discrimination.
>Attention Discrimination- linking two ideas attention is scrace & lack of information about individual drives discrimination in selection decisions. We model how knowledge of ethnicity influences allocation of attention to avaliable information about an applicant.When only a small share of applicants is accepted , negative sterotype are predicted to lower attention, while the effect is opposite when most applicants are accepted.
>Explicit Discrimation & Implicit Discrimination - implicit discrimination is an unconsious association belief or attitude towrds any social group.Due to implicit biasis people may often attribute certain qualities & characteristics to all the members of a particular group
explicit discrimination - states the health development particularly in one comparision to another beneficiary issues related to individual firms.
