Why do developed and developing countries have different attitudes toward the adoption of global rules for the protection of labour and the environment?

• Developing countries have more labor available than in developed countries. Therefore, the value of labor is less in developing countries than in developed ones. Developing countries mostly put more emphasis on capital while developing countries put more emphasis on labor.
• Strict norms and regulations are being followed in developed nations that facilitate environmental protection and labor protection. Due to poverty, unemployment, and an imbalanced economy in developing countries, a significant concern is providing basic needs to people such as food, water, clothing, and shelter. Thus, labor protection and environment protection is hard to come into action.
