Answer #1

The goal of the Truman doctrine was to stop the unjust ways of USSR to spread communism in the world. It was a policy to show that United States would not tolerate the idea of Russia to spread communism throughout the world. It was a policy that showed that America won't stay in isolation but would take ACTIVE PART in world affairs.

The method it supported was the spread of ideology. As in why forceful spread of communism is wrong. And formation of factions.

Marshall plan could be said as one of the outcomes of the policy of Truman. Marshall plan was an aid provided by America to western european countries, in order to to rebuild their economies

The method it supported was provision of financial aid.
