Explanation: Organizations which deals with the making of the product and selling to the customers are product based organization e.g. Microsoft while organizations which provide services to the other company or customer is called as service-based e.g TCS. Now if Microsoft started to provide services then it can become a service-based organization, same goes with TCS. An organization can both be service based and product based.
