Swot analysis is a tool or formula that can used by Campbell soup organisation's management for measuring the strength, opportunity, threats, weaknesses or overall situation of organisation.

The four types of strategies are

1 so ( strength opportunities)

2 wo ( Weaknesses opportunities)

3 at ( strength-threats)

4 at ( weaknesses-threats)

The main purpose of this matrix is to strengthen the company and identify the external opportunities. But there is some weaknesses of this matrix in case of Campbell like only focus on beverages and raw material cost.
