Conservation options: If I want to replace my current water heater with a more efficient option. But I can probably get a few years out of my current water heater before I really need to replace it. In the meantime, what are three conservation options that I could put into action now that would reduce my energy consumption for water heating?
It's common that Reducing Energy consumption is an everyday concern for every middle class household in the world .Energy consumption through water heaters is one of such concerns .There are some ways out of which we can actually decrease the energy consumption .Some of them are 1) switching off electric heater after use 2)try decreasing the long shower baths with normal baths 3) modifying from time to time by fixing the leaks 4)don't always use hot water for laundry better to use cold water for washing clothes 5)lower the temperature of water heater at regular intervals 6)using cold water for washing dishes 7) decrease the water flow when not in use it must be shut off 8)heat traps can be fixed on water tank 9)we can use maximum capacity water tank so that it would be well enough for every house hold work.thank you
