Are managers born or are they made? Explain your answer in detail.

Managers are made not born. Every person has to work hard to acquire skills because no person is born perfect but practice makes a Man prefect. Person who has an intention to become a good manager can pursue so by learning and developing the appropriate characteristics which are required to be the good manager. There is a need of certain qualities like a good manager needs to be a good leader, motivational , inspirational and could build trust easily, these Qualities can be developed and can not come by birth.
