Supervisors are the leaders, those who are monitoring the work of employees.

Supervisors can assist employees in the following ways:

1) Time could be managed if the work is done efficiently, suppose a better way of doing work. Supervisor should teach employee how the work could be performed in better way. This is the interactive session between the supervisor and employees.

2) Stress could be minimized or removed through the establishment of friendly atmosphere in the workplace. In the process of doing so the supervisor can conduct employees’ meet, personal talk to employee, lectures about good habits and examples, etc. The informal way of working also should be appreciated.
