Option A product placement is correct.

A targeted and mass media strategy refers to the actions which help to reach the targeted customers. The product placement strategy is an unconventional tool used for promotion. Apart from other media strategy product placement is modern technique whereby the product is exposed in featured films. It cannot be considered as a mass media strategy. This technique cannot be used to reach mass audience. Thus we can say that product placement is not an example of mass and targeted media strategy.
