The place based neighbourhood is a community of the people which are bound together because of where they live or they spend a continuous time together and in city life, there are more colonies, towns, societies, etc, which provides a neighbourhood area to the person.
The inclusive public spaces are the spaces which have the qualities of physical access, social access, intercommunication access, information access, etc. The city life includes more social life of a person, which includes more communication between the neighbours and maintaining a healthy relation with the people living in the surroundings.
