  • when Kotak became bankrupt, it's debt became immediately due and it's bondholders asserted claim on the assets of the company, indicating urgency over the liquidation.
  • Power describes the ability of the stakeholder to assert it's ability to influence the company by power it holds. For an example, Mark Zukerberg being the CEO of the Facebook can asset his views and decision on the board of the company due to his power to control the functioning of the company.
