Answer #1

Answer: In theory there exists three type of price discrimination that one can implement. The first price discrimination talks about charging different price to different people based on their reservation prices. The second price discrimination charges a different price per unit for different quantities of same good or service. And lastly, the third price discrimination divides the consumer into different groups with charging different prices to each group but same price within the group.

All three price discrimination can be applied to various segments. The various segments can be like students, children, academicians, tourists, foreigners, people of councils, the merchants, the senior citizens.
