Ans:- Consumer behavior is a process or study about how to consume a product , it is a study of consumers about how the consumers choose a product or goods and use a product and services. Consumer behavior mainly depends on their thinking, inspirations or motivations and also the behavior of the consumer. That means the performance of a consumer while studying or researching about a product or it's shopping. The study of consumers behavior is more important for dealers for understanding about the hope of customer (help to understand consumers taste).

The role of a person as a consumer is very important because consumers only control and determine the goods and services they want at the time of their shopping. The media's and advertisement help the consumers for understanding a product or inform the product and services that are accessible for consumption.
