Over the past several decades, many global companies have off-shored production to Asia or India.  Today, many of those same companies are now re-shoring or near shoring production.  An example of near shoring would be migrating production from Asia or India to Mexico for the US market.  What market forces are driving re-shoring/near-shoring ?
