Nestle is a firm established in 1886 with headquarters in Switzerland. The brand offers a wide variety of food products. It includes bbay food, medical products, packaged products, chocolates like nestle bar one, nestle KitKat and others, in beverages - Nescafé of variant types, spice and in fast food section- in Maggi. The running price of the stock today is 10,772 for Nestle India. It has acquired seceral other forms in recent years like CM D pharma, vitaflo , Jenny Craig weightless management and various others.

It's direct rival competitors Kraft Heinz which also provides the largest in food industry and beverages, with headquarters at chigaco . It was established almost 150 years ago. It had a net sales of $26 billion worth wide. It has subsidiary brands like Maxwell company, Mio, Cool whip and H.J Heinz company, Primal nutrition and others.

Both the companies attracts the customers and wants more of market share with of value based and taste based products. Nestle bases at regional base cluster approach to not only increase market base but also increase add new regional favour. While Kraft tries to introduce new products more young generation. The other strategies include like promotional offer, discount offers, better incentives for workers to increase sales and revenues and others. Both the firms involves itself into mergers , acquisitions and collaboration to expand worldwide and increase its base and pouplarity. The pricing policies are competitive with respect to each others. This is how both the rival firms aims to increase the market shares of respective firms.
