If an uneducated is leaving the country, with his less productivity, this would leave him no job at a time as a result of which, it wouldn't be beneficial for the person and ultimately his poverty increases and falls in a trap

If he is malnourished, then automatically the situation further worsens with his poverty increases and this is the same with basic immunizations where there can be chances of earning capacity or earning memeber to die with which poverty can sustain for a long period of time.

Because (a,b,c) are correct as all are poverty traps
