Value chain consists of the set of activities that a firm performs to deliver the product to the market.

1-Physical Value chain-This is a physical world activity performed to enhance the value of the product.

2-Virtual Value chain- All activities of persistent physical world value chains that are performed in the cyber world are part of the cyber value chain.

3 -Global Value chain- is simply the industry level value chain with a global perspective. Basically, its the set of all activities that are performed to bring the product to market at a global level.
