Answer - The company needs to make sure that the employees remain updated with the latest goals of the organisation. These need to be communicated to the employees which can be done in following ways -

1 - Share the purpose which has been updated for the existance of the organisation.

2 - Present and expanded vision related to the changes with respect to past goals.

3 - Organising presentations in order for easy understandability of employees

4 - Organising seminar and small tests to ensure that employees are aware of what they need to perform.

5 - Investing in employees so as to keep them updated as per changing goals.

6 - Organising the regular meetings so as to get a good feedback.
