1. It is good to have tablets replace the waitstaff as it reduces the manpower cost and thus overall cost of production for the firm declines.
2. It can have both the impact on customer experience. Positively it increases the number of customers in the waitstaff but it might not be able to control the crowd as waitstaff does if the customers are not willing to listen. Profits of the firm might decease initially because of the installation cost but in the long run, profits of the firm will increase due to reduction in manpower cost.
3. This innovation will increase efficiency and effectiveness of the firm and also help in reducing cost and improving quality of the firm.
