Almost everyone complains about the traffic congestion. Traffic congestion is estimated to cost consumers over $1300 per person, per year or about $90 billion in total costs. One solution is to use tolls to correct the problem. Why might that not be a popular solution even if it would reduce congestion to more manageable levels?

Traffic congestion :- It is a situation on transport that is identified by slower speeds, longer trips times and rised vehicle queueing.
Some governments use toll to solve the problem of traffic congestion. But this is not a effective way because this method does not solve the problem of traffic congestion. Traffic situation remains the same as it is.Even tolls increase the vehicle queueing and weight of transportation charges also increased.
So tolls is not be a popular solution even it would reduce congestion to more manageable level.
