It shall be noted that women should choose to be in jobs that they would be discriminated against.

This is because of the following reasons:

1) This will increase women's labour participation rate and contribute to the lowering of the unemployment rate in the economy and economic growth of the country, increasing tax collections which the government can promote social security programs educating society and helping them grow technically.

2) This will help them to become economically independent and eliminate the issue of poverty, especially during old age. The women can save for future, educate family and hence, the society such that an economic society is formed on egalitarian base and women is looked upon as an integral part to bring economic prosperity.
