Demand side gaps is a situation where the customers or consumers are not satisfied with the product or design.

If the channel design is transplanted without any changes from one country to other country without modification there may be many chances that the same consumer dissatisfaction will take place.

mostly in this case the channel design is to target a particular section of people with a particular and that particular program is not an intrested in other country will also lead to consumer dis satisfaction. Some times even the both countries who like the program may not be satisfies with the channel networking or maintainance system. Thus it is always a bad idea to transplant channel from one country to other country without any modifications or precautions.
