9) Young workers have high unemployment rates than the older workers because the older workers used to be more satisfied with their work because of their generation. Whereas the young workers tend to shift the orgnanisation frequently than the older workers so they are left in unemployment more often. Even the labor policies also force the young workers to remain unemployed. Labor productivity is not different for both the older and young workers.
10) Firms pay efficiency wages to encourage more prodcutivity from the workers. If the work is of similar kind and firm has to increase the productivity, it will follow the efficiency wage system to have command over the productivity. When the efficiency wage payment is widespread, organisation is trying to boost the overall productivity and to encourage the workers in engagement of work.
