How would you explain to a board of directors your decision to pay entry-level workers a higher wage than required by law?

Answer #1

it can be mentioned that I would explain the board of directors by making them understand increasing the wage than required by the law allows more supply of labour as a result of which only the most skilled ones come to the company result of which the productivity levels increase on an average then earlier so that this would be overall beneficial to the economy than before with less wages. That is the reason why it would be better to offer more wages than required
