The most recent data that was available for CPI was 2017 data. According to that Rank 1 is New Zeland, Rank 2 was Denmark, Rank 3 was Finland Rank 4 Was Nroway and Rank 5 was Switzerland. Last five was given to Somalia, south sudan, Syria, Afghanistan and venezuela.

We do see a pattern in this rankings. When we see the top rankers, they are the mos=st developed countries in the world, with high HDI index. with technology advancement.

Were as when we see the last few rankers, they are the most exploited countries. These country have the lowest HDI ranking, and the country experince war, political unrest, civil wars and under developed.
