Quality control refers to the standards set by the regualtion authorities that the producers and service providers are required to fulfill to meet the consumer demands.

Quality control in services refers to the service guaranteed by the provider, its functionality, its efficiency and standards that it promised to meet at the initial are duly received by the customers.

On the other hand quality control in goods or products is the reliability and durability of the product that must be fulfilled as promised by the seller.

Unlike the tools used to measure the validity of a service, goods quality measurement tool looks into the degree upto which the product quality was adhered.
