Answer #1

Answer-Juries can not be trusted to always arrive at the truth, because it is always assumed that juries will always arrive at truth but sometimes juries are not able to give fair and trusted decision due to lack of evidence, lack of expert witness, lying witness. Sometimes emotional circumstances also influence the decision power of the juries. Sometimes due to the money and muscle power and due to the political pressure sometimes decisions by juries varied and they are not able to take fair decisions under these pressure, that's why juries cannot be trusted to always arrive at the truth .
