3. Artificial Intelligence application by various websites is helping companies lean the purchase pattern and likings of consumers to provide better and personalised offerings to the customer

4. With COVID – 19 problem, the customers of brick and motor have started to shift towards e-commerce options which are deemed to be safer.

5. Chatbots have been on a greater use, especially these days of COVID 19 as providing human assistance has become difficult.
