Ans:-I agree with this statement family business are conducted quite different than other small business .A family owned business means any business that is two or more family members of a family involved in a business and most of its ownership or shares are controlled by the family members.In the family owned business the members are give confidents to others and encourage others that leads to success in the business .In the family owned business all the partners are afraid of their insufficiencies.Employees of most family owned business are happy and more productive than other small business.A family owned business must have clear aim and visions that lead to success,they also have a good success plan,they have good administrative structure,modification plan etc..So family business is totaly different from other small business.
