Positive Scenario: I would change the look of the snowboards, perhaps the shape, size and the color. I would try and make it available in more stores and for a reasonable price, also that the consumers will like the new snowboards and purchase them.

Negative Scenario: If I were to change the shape, size and color of the snowboards, the consumers might not like them. If they don’t like them, then they are not going to buy the snowboards and Burton Snowboards will be out of a lot of money.
