Answer - The contamination of lead into the water of residents of Flint has caused many health problems including the several death occuring in the area . The people have suffered from heart and lung diseases thus now decreasing the productivity and efficiency of the residents. Due to this , the PPC will shift inward denoting the decrease in the productive capacity of the residents who were exposed to this contamination. The graph is as follows -
