Answer - Two strategies to enhance family involvement are-

Analyzing parent’s needs- It is one of the strategy adopted to mitigate the gap in schools and families. In this parents give concentration on opinion regarding school and school keep in mind the concern of families.

Motivating family learning- now families can be motivated by transferring old traditional homework patterns in to interactive one, which involve parents also to handle the homework. For example, make flash charts; assignments also involve families in learning.

Two benefits that can arise by the involvement of parents in student education is

it enhances the knowledge of the parents regarding the current pattern of education. now, children can learn better because of involvement of parents and helpful in making learning easier for the child under the guidance of parents.
