when a team is not achieving its required goals, it requires to recruit new members or replace existing member in case they are inefficient or the firm doesnot have the time to enhance their efficiency.

most popular method is to trade members between two organization. In order to trade, at times the team has to trade back one or more than one players, such that they have to arrange players according to the needs to other team. these players who are replaced are those who were not working properly or replacable. The aim of the trade is to make gains which can outweigh the losses of the replaced players. still, there is no certainity that the outcome would be as desired. The conviction of trade depends on the evaluation of the risk attached with the trade between players.
