Globalization has produced a large, rapid transnational flow of people, ideas, products and cultural norms. The interactions have yielded increased empowerment and positive well being but globalization have also yielded exploitation. People move across political borders for reasons of economic opportunity as temporary or resident workers or immigrants planning to relocate. People move as refugees from war and civil conflict . Thus the market and communication factors in globalization have evolved so rapidly that nongovernmental and non profit organizations have mushroomed that are developing means to protect human rights and regulate practices.
