The Alterio Spinelli project came in the 1980s which stood for the integration of European union. e planned to establish a union between the countries of Europe.the construction of a democratic Europe was one of his objectives.His treaty of European union project is considered as one of the examples for this.we can say that he was a very forward-looking person gazing upon today's European union situation in advance.if his project was approved and there was an integration ad it may help to overcome this COVID 19 crisis. the major problem facing European countries now is unity among countries.it led to the nontrolled spread of COVID.
