Answer #1

For large cities , the cost of rent is usually high, i.e high fixed cost. so lets say a new player enters the market and establishes a gas station. This will increase the supply of gasoline, which will lower costs. This will make it unprofitable for all the pump station nearby as these pump stations need to seel a high quantity of gasoline to break even with the high fixed cost and its variable costs.

#1 How does kinetic molecular theory explain Dalton's law? Select the correct answer below: Question options: Gas particles collide with the container with the same frequency regardless of whether other gases are present. Gas particles are different sizes and do not contribute equally to the overall pressure, based on size. Gas particles contribute to the overall pressure based on their molar masses. Gas particles have inelastic collisions, based on their individual identity. Question #2 How does kinetic molecular theory explain...

A not-so-popular Bridge It was not quite what the planners had in mind when Ghana and Nigeria opened their expensive bridge across the Ghana-Nigeria Border in July. After an early boost from summer tourism, car crossings have fallen sharply, while trains now connecting Abuja, the Nigerian capital, and Takoradi, Ghana’s third city, are struggling to run on time. Many people think the costs of using the bridge are simply too high. And, from the point of view of West...
