On taking the example of an employer forcing his female employee to meet him in a coffee shop against the offering of the job to her is example of unethical work. If she wont come , she might lose this job

The employer is responsible here for performing the unethical action

He is responsible to the harrasment and forcing the potential employee to come to coffee shop otherwise she may lose the job.

The employer here is responsible to the employee for the unethical action.
