It can be mentioned that extrinsic motivation is something that is external or reward driven where if the person sees any reward in doing a particular task then he will actually e go for it and this type of motivation is extrinsic in nature. The benefits of extrinsic motivation are the control rewards are external to the environment where it can always be controlled by the person who want the task to be done and for instance the reward is under your control and you can give it accordingly so that the work is done unlike intrinsic motivation where the motivation should arise internal to the person which is not under the control of the other individual. some of the other benefits include increasing the speed with the change in rewards and apart from that pushing each other personal spaces as the incentives are under other's control
