1. In today's world where people rely more on the internet, it is a violation of privacy if companies monitor the activities of their employees. User data is stored in online servers for companies' data collection. Private information can be accessed by the users' journey on the web. All this leads to a violation of privacy on the employees' font.

2. The break hours, washroom, or cafeteria breaks, i.e., any hour within the office that the employee tries to indulge in their personal life should be exempted from monitoring from the company.
