Three good intentions that motivate Socialist economic thought:

  1. The intentions are good and clear. The main motive of this theory is to empower the society as a whole and make them satisfied.
  2. According to socialism, all the goods and resources in the economy should be owned by the people of the society and should be used to satisfy the needs of the people who use it. They believe that there is gain is socialism is because all the people will act in their self interest and will help each other on the society on order to achieve their goals. This way, the gains will be maximize in the economy.
  3. This gain is specifically through socialism. This is because there is self interest in this theory. When the goods and owened by the people in the society they won't waste it and will allocate the resources properly in order to maximize their needs.
