ERP ( enterprise resource planning ) is a busniess process management sofware . Main function of this software is to help an organization to manage the business and automate many back office functions related to technology, services and human resources . ERP has several components but the mst critical one in the implementation process is the design of the system . The ERP system is used by employers , managers and many others in the organization . So it is not an automated machine which can run autonomously . So the system requires to easy to understand or user friendly . Otherwise implementation or acceptance of the system within the organization may become difficult . The system might face resistance is such cases .
