Primary deviance refers to a series of dishonest activities that
generally doesn't make any big harm to any of the party. For
example, Maria steals products from stores she visits.
Secondary deviance refers to the situaton where primary deviance
causes a social harm that affects numerous people and in most of
the cases it create larger harms. For example, if someone is having
a criminal behaviour such as murder or robbery, which has a social
impact, will be taken care legally and these will be called
secondary deviance.
