The term deviance defines an act of vioeting any norms or rules. This is often caused by difference in behaviour, trait, belief, etc. Deviance is a relatice fact since it depends on the person's point of view who witness the violation.

Secondary deviance refers to the situaton where primary deviance causes a social harm that affects numerous people and in most of the cases it create larger harms.
