4)      What if you read a negative comment? Might you still buy the product? Why? (10 points worth)

Homework Answers

Answer #1

1) To investigate the benefits and drawbacks of a product, i would seek advice from people who have already used it because they know the real truth.

2) The advertiser will tell us only the benefits because its motive is to make people buy the product.

3) Yes, i have more confidence if the seller makes other customers'reviews available because it shows that the seller is confident his product is good and the reviews are given by the people who have actually used the product.

4) Just one negative comment may not make me decide against buying the product. It could be posted by someone whom the product did not suit. I would read other reviews as well and decide accordingly.
