Answer #1

Solution: Job seeker has more information than the potential employers do. In the job market, job seeker comes with his potential knowledge and knows better about his productivity level. He knows how he is good to learn new things. On the other hand, potential employer does not possess such knowledge. Even, Job seeker's grade sheet and CVs do not tell more about his towards. But these things help employer to form some positive beliefs about the job seekers. This problem is known as the asymmetric information in the job market. Under this scenario employing a worker, cannot be guaranteed for the attitude of worker toward his task and assigned projects.  To counter the problem of asymmetric information, employer asks for an interview and screening test.
