Retail stores must adopt these characteristics to attract customers:

1. Attractive display- retailers must put their most attractive products on display in such a manner that customers get attracted towards them and pay a visit to the store.

2. More discounts- discounts are something which bring more and more customers to a store.

3. Intellectual behaviour- a good socializing behavior makes the customers base strong and permanent. They seek to come again and again to the store always.

4. Better payment options - The retail stores must provide the customers with easy payment options so that none of the buyers leave the purchase for the issue of payment options.

5. Good learned staff- the store must have efficient staff so that they are able to tackle the problems and demands of all the customers well without any miss.
